Last updated: January 2025. These terms govern your use of FXH services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any FXH service, website, or product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Risk Disclaimer. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all FXH services.

2. Description of Services

FXH provides the following services:

  • VPS Hosting: Virtual private server infrastructure configured for MetaTrader 5 operation.
  • Trading Signals: Analytical trade ideas including entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels.
  • AI Bot Workflows: Pre-configured algorithmic trading logic for deployment on MT5.
  • Educational Content: Market analysis, trading methodology, and execution education.

All services are provided on a subscription basis as described on our Pricing page.

3. Eligibility

To use FXH services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where forex trading and the use of our services is legal
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. Account and Subscription

When you subscribe to FXH services:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of our services
  • Share signal content or bot configurations with non-subscribers
  • Use our services to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bot software
  • Automate access to our website or services without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, signals, bot configurations, and materials provided by FXH are the intellectual property of FXH or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal trading activities. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FXH services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will meet your specific requirements
  • Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in our services will be corrected

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FXH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Trading losses of any kind
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to FXH in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FXH and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

FXH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our services immediately ceases
  • All provisions of these terms that should survive termination shall survive
  • No refund will be provided for any prepaid subscription period

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FXH operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
